2025 Central NC Council Recognition Banquet

Purpose:

The Council Recognition Banquet is designed for Scouts and Scouters to gather for a night of recognition and fellowship. We will be recognizing Central NC Council Eagle Scouts, National Outstanding Eagle Scouts and Silver Beavers from the class of 2024. Additionally, we will be presenting the Glenn and Melinda Adams Service Project of the Year award. 2024 Eagle Scouts who are in attendance will receive commorative items that include a Central NC Council Eagle Scout neckerchief, commemorative coin, and commemorative council strip! 2024 Silver Beaver and NOESA recipients will also receive award items and a commemorative council strip. All honorees from the class of 2024 will receive a free meal! We look forward to celebrating with everyone!
 

Banquet Sponsorships:

The Council Recognition Banquet provides free meals and recognition items to the Eagle and Silver Beaver honorees. These costs are offset by benefactors in our community through donating plates and purchasing ad space in the program. We invite all small businesses and all who are sympathetic to the cause of Scouting to consider donating to support the event either through donating a plate or purchasing an ad in the program. Additionally, families of Eagle Scouts and Silver Beavers from the class of 2024 are encouraged to consider purchasing ad space to further memorialize your loved one's achievement in our event program

Additional Information: 

Parking for this event will be located in the two story parking garage adjacent to the family and education center. The entrance to the garage can be accessed from N. 2nd Steet or from Hawthorn Steet. Overflow parking will be available directly across from the front entrance of the family and education center, across N. Second Street in the Stanly County Government Annex parking lot. The event venue will be held in the Magnolia Room, located on the 2nd floor of the family and education center.
