Old Hickory Range and Target Day

Range & Target Day is one of the most exciting experiences in Cub Scouting! It gives Cub Scouts the chance to safely try activities like archery, BB shooting, and slingshots while learning focus, self-control, and responsibility under trained supervision. With plenty of hands-on fun, cheering teammates, and unforgettable moments, Range & Target Day builds confidence, sparks enthusiasm, and shows Cub Scouts why Scouting is all about fun with a purpose.

Range & Target Day will take place on May 16, 2026, at the Camp Barnhardt Shooting Ranges.
