What is Wood Badge?

Wood Badge is an advanced, national leadership course open only to Scouting volunteers and professionals. The purpose of Wood Badge is to develop skilled leaders who can strengthen Scouting units in achieving the mission of Scouting America.

When and where is Wood Badge 2025?

For participants:

Weekend 1: October 11-13

Weekend 2: October 25-26

Each weekend will be held at Camp John J. Barnhardt.

Be one of the first 30 to register (once registration reopens) and save $50! Early registration fee is $250. After the first 30 participants register, the regular course fee is $300.
